Rap 2010
The stars and break throughs of Rap 2010 include an amazing list of talent. Rappers J.Cole, Wale, Wiz Khalifa, Nicki Minaj, Lil Chuckee and Lil Twist, Nispey Hussle, NewBoyz, Curren$y, Mike Miller, and others sprung through to the masses. Thanks to the internet, music recording labels have begun loosening some of their iron handed grip (or formula) on who determines what is hot and remembered by fans of Hip Hop globally. One other great fact about Rap 2010 is simply how many rappers are helping other talent in their own cities get noteworthy features. Artists like Big sean and Wiz Khalifa have helped launch the careers of FLY.Union and Mack Miller. Not creating those artists careers, they did help push these new names into the light of a larger, more widewspread audience. Somewhat like the South's Hip Hop movement which still even exists in Rap 2010, it seems to be helping the wealth of Hip Hop spread more evently, creating even more opportunity. Big Songs in Rap 2010 definitely included some memorable smashes. Wiz Khalifa "This Plane" and Nicki Minaj "Your Love" were amongst a gang of chart toppping ballads. Other great introductions were J.Cole's "Who Dat" and Nipsey Hussle's "Feelin Myself". For fans of C.KhiD, then you should recognize the single "Sour Sugar" without question. Really changing the dynamics of Hip Hop by crossing over into so many different lanes of music, these new artists have birthed an era of Rap that changes the scope of who listens and follows. While we celebrate all artists that participated in Rap 2010, this site is dedicated to C.KhiD. More fans need to follow and listen to what this mid-atlantic meets down south Rap 2010 artist is saying on records.
